Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park is located on the Tampa Riverwalk in downtown Tampa, Florida. It sits on an eight-acre riverfront lot on the Hillsborough River. With a micro drone there are some areas you can fly where normal drones can't with the basic RPAS certificate (e.g. within 3 nmi from airports but outside of class F airspace). You can make a request on the DJI site to unlock one of those areas if you understand the potential risk and hazards.
